BOB MILLER

At 38 years old I thought I had left it too late to learn to drive and was a little nervous, to say the least.
The 1st - 4 - Driving school was recommended to me following a chance conversation that I had. I was put in touch with Bob Miller and it was the start of my new big venture.
My time learning to drive with Bob was an incredible experience. Bob's calm and mild mannered natue helped me to relax, to learn the skills that I needed to be able to drive. My lessons were always positive, even if I felt that nothing had gone right, Bob would be there to point out what had gone well, and with his encouragement enabled me to reflect on what I needed to practice more. I learnt at my pace which made me feel comfortable and not pressured to perform above my ability. I felt safe in the knowledge that Bob was there to guide me through the new challenges that each lesson brought.
I always looked forward to my driving lesson and enjoyed every minute, even when it was challenging.
Under Bob's proffesional guidance I passed my Theory Test with 100% - first attempt, and had the confidence to pass my Practical Test on my first attempt.
I have now been driving since June'07 and it's the best thing that I've done for myself in a very long time.
My children think it's great too, because now I do the school run which means no more cycling in the rain for them!
I would (and have to a number of people) recommend learning to drive with Bob Miller, 1st - 4 - driving.

Simon helped me gain my full licence with very little previous experience. I had a tight schedule, needing to pass within two months. Simon was able to quickly determine my abilities and accurately predict the number of hours necessary to pass. I was able to pass my test first time.
I found the whole experience to be very rewarding and thorough. His teaching style was highly professional and intensive yet always supportive. The pace of the training was sensitive to my abilities; I always had the opportunity to revisit skills that I felt had not been perfected.

You may be pleased to know that I have passed my Part III Test yesterday. I got a 4 for Phase 1 and a 5 for Phase 2.
Planning Ahead:
- my Check Test will be in 6 months time, therefore I need to talk to you about this, as I would wish to have some lessons in preparation of my check test, as I would like to aim for 6 - 6 if I can. Also I would want to make myself as good a driving instructor as I possibly can for my pupils' benefit.
